In order to ensure uniformity in the day-to-day activities of the District Assembly, the Human Resource Department of the Twifo/Ati-Morkwa District Assembly (TAMDA) on 19th February, 2020, organized an orientation workshop for both newly posted Staff and National Service Personnel in order to equip them with the necessary administrative and technological know-how in the various departments they are attached with.The occasion saw the presence of the District Coordinating Director (DCD), Mr. Bernard K.P Sakyiama and some Departmental Heads.Mr. Bernard K. P. Sakyiama led the participants through a series of presentations. These included:

1. The essentials of good working practices and standards
2. The structures of the Local Government Service
3. Professionally accepted conduct during the discharge of duties
4. Procedures of work and possible challenges. Mr. Peter Mantey, the Head of the Human Resource Department also presented to the participants on how they could be assisted to ensure effective and efficient work done to improve on the image of their various outfit. He emphasized that, the discharge of their various duties would not be devoid of challenges and conflicts, which would however get resolved.An open forum was conducted for participants to share their thoughts and grievances.Mr. Peter Mantey commended all Heads of Departments and participants present for their maximum cooperation.
