Hon. Robert Agyemang – Nyantakyi was nominated by His Excellency Nana Addo Dunkwa Akuffo Addo and subsequently confirmed by Honourable Assembly members as the substantive District Chief Executive on 10^th May 2017.

He holds Bachelors Degree of Education in Social Studies degree from University of Education and a Masters Degree in Governance & Sustainable Development from University of Cape Coast.

Hon. District Chief Executive is a professional teacher and has been in the teaching profession for over a decade. Until his appointment, He was the head teacher of Aduabeng D/A Basic School in The Twifo Ati-Morkwa District.

Hon Robert Agyemang – Nyantakyi was born and bred in Twifo Praso. He is a staunch believer in the Christian faith and fellowships with the Assemblies of God Church. He is married with three (3) children.

As the District Chief Executive, Hon Robert Agyemang Nyantakyi is both the Executive and Administrative head of the District. He is also the Chief Representative of His Excellency the President in the District.

He presides over the meetings of the Executive Committee and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Assembly and also responsible for the supervision of all department/agencies of the Assembly.
