With the aim of ensuring efficiency and improvement in the current level of competency, skills and the knowledge of the staff to promote effective duty performance, The Human Resource Department of Twifo/Ati-Morkwa District Assembly on Wednesday 3rd February, 2021, organized an orientation on the conduct of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for all Heads of Units, Divisions and Departments and some selected staff of the District Assembly. The training was meant to improve the current level of competency, skills and knowledge of the Staff to enable them perform their duties effectively and efficiently.Present at the gathering were Mr. Bernard K. P. Sakyiama – the District Coordinating Director of Twifo/Ati-Morkwa, all Heads of Departments, Units and Divisions as well as some selected staff of the District Assembly. Mr. Bernard K. P. Sakyiama led the gathering through the presentation, using the definition of training needs assessment (TNA), reasons for identifying training needs of staff of the Assembly and how to perform training needs analysis as guidelines. The participants were given the opportunity to send their questions across for further clarifications and also submit their contributions.
