The Management of Information Service (MIS) Department of the District Assembly organized a Smart Workplace Workshop to help staff understand and effectively use the Smart Workplace platform.
The training focused mainly on:

• How to log in to the Smart Workplace platform using staff credentials.
• How to navigate the platform and access its main features.
• How to use Smart Workplace for work-related activities and information.
• Practical guidance on using the system to make work easier, faster, and more efficient.
• Addressing questions and challenges staff may face when using the platform.

The workshop was interactive, with staff participating in practical demonstrations and asking questions to improve their understanding of the system.
Overall, the training equipped staff with the basic knowledge needed to confidently use Smart Workplace and support the Assembly’s move toward efficient digital work processes.
