On Thursday, June 10th 2021, the Central Regional Minister, Honorable Justina Marigold Assan accompanied by some officials from the Central Region, Cape Coast, paid a working visit to the Twifo Ati-Morkwa District. As part of her familiarization tour in the District, she met with the Traditional Rulers, the staff of the District Assembly as well as the visitation of some Galamsey sites in the District.

Delivering her address in the District Assembly Hall, the Regional Minister urged the staff and everyone to do their possible best to support and assist her by taking any assignment seriously, and also tasked them to work hand-in-hand with her. She added that as a team, she would need the backing of the staff to achieve success and greatness in honor of Central Region and the Country. In addressing some of the challenges in the Districts and Region at large, she said that her entourage was graced with the company of the Regional Director of Feeder Roads who has seen the state of the roads and has assured her of fixing those that need fixing and completing any uncompleted road projects.
